The Landsverordening op de kansspelen (LOK), P.B. 2024 no. 157, in force since 24 December 2024, is Curaçao's gambling law. It creates the CGA-issued kansspelvergunning (operator/B2C) and leveranciersvergunning (supplier/B2B) licences, replacing the old offshore-gaming ordinance.
