Infrastructure for Online Businesses.
We Make Yours Run Better. Everywhere.

Payments, the company, new markets, tax, documents, security, the tools and people you are missing. We set up and upgrade online businesses worldwide, pick the setup for you personally, and do it remotely, at lightning speed.

The result

This Is What Better Looks Like.

Seven upgrades stand between a stranger abroad and money in your company account, and between your project and an asset someone can buy. Scroll through them: each one opens a door.

Your growth zone

Where Is Your Business Leaving Money on the Table?

Follow one sale. A stranger in another country finds you and wants to buy. Here is every place that sale can leak, what it costs you, and what we do about it. Mark the leaks you recognise, and we will start our conversation with them.

Getting paid
01They can’t read youLocalisation
What it looks like

A customer in Madrid lands on your page, reads three lines of English and leaves. You never see that sale as lost.

What it costs you

Every market you do not speak to is a market you have handed to a competitor who does.

What we do

We translate and localise the product, the site, the emails and the checkout, and adapt your pricing to each market.

02They can’t pay their wayLocal payment methods
What it looks like

They reach checkout and see a card form. At home they pay by bank transfer, with a wallet or in instalments.

What it costs you

A checkout that ignores how people pay turns ready buyers into abandoned carts.

What we do

We add the payment methods your markets expect, through providers that accept your business model.

03Your provider says no, or freezes youPayments
What it looks like

An automated review flags the account. Payouts stop on a Friday and support answers with a template.

What it costs you

Revenue stops while costs keep running, and every week of a freeze costs you customers’ trust.

What we do

We build a structure providers can underwrite, prepare the onboarding file and set up a second provider, so one “no” never stops the business.

04You pay a fee nobody negotiatedProcessing costs
What it looks like

You signed with the first provider that said yes and have paid the same rate ever since.

What it costs you

Fees and hidden FX margins quietly take a slice of every sale.

What we do

We compare providers for your volumes and your model and move you to better terms.

05The money lands in the wrong currencyMulti-currency
What it looks like

Dollars arrive, get converted into euros, then back into dollars to pay a contractor.

What it costs you

You lose on every conversion, often twice on the same money.

What we do

We set up multi-currency accounts and payouts, so money stays in the currency you need it in.

Growing reach
06You only sell in one countryNew markets
What it looks like

Demand comes from abroad, but your company, your bank and your tax set-up only work at home.

What it costs you

Growth hits a ceiling that has nothing to do with your product.

What we do

We open the next market: the right company, local payments, language and tax. Then the one after that.

07Your app isn’t in their storeApp stores
What it looks like

Organization verification stalls on a D-U-N-S mismatch, or the app is live in some countries and missing in others.

What it costs you

Every country where you are not listed is a customer you cannot reach.

What we do

We create or correct the D-U-N-S record, align your company data and handle Apple and Google verification end to end.

08They want to pay, or be paid, in cryptoCrypto payments
What it looks like

Partners and customers ask to settle in stablecoins, and your bank says no.

What it costs you

You lose those deals, or take them through channels you do not control.

What we do

We set up crypto payments and payouts through licensed providers, with the accounting to match. Crypto regulation is where Protegra started.

Building value
09Your tax bill was never designedTax structure
What it looks like

The company was opened in a hurry, and tax followed wherever it landed.

What it costs you

You pay more than the law requires, every year, without noticing.

What we do

We design a structure that pays what it owes and no more, legally, and keep the accounting and VAT in order.

10Your week runs on manual workOperations
What it looks like

Invoices, reconciliations, reports and onboarding, done by hand, by you.

What it costs you

The founder’s time goes to tasks software could do, and mistakes creep in.

What we do

We find what is worth automating, build or connect the tools, and cover the roles nobody covers.

11An investor asks for a structure you don’t haveInvestment readiness
What it looks like

The term sheet arrives with a list: holding company, shareholder agreements, IP assignments, clean books.

What it costs you

Rounds stall, or the valuation drops, when the paperwork is not there.

What we do

We build the holding, the agreements and the data room before the investor asks for them.

12Nobody could buy your business tomorrowAsset value
What it looks like

A buyer is interested, but contracts live in chats, the code belongs to freelancers and the books are incomplete.

What it costs you

A business that cannot be checked cannot be priced, and cannot be sold.

What we do

We assign the IP, put the documents in order and prepare the data room that turns your project into an asset.

Eight common problems

Something Is Already Blocking You?

Most of what stops an online business comes down to one of these. Find yours: what the other side checks, and what we do about it.

Troubles with accepting payments

Providers check real presence and management, activity codes, website terms and the business model before they approve anyone. We build a structure they can underwrite, appoint a resident director, prepare the onboarding file and introduce you to providers that fit your model.

Can’t get merchant acquiring set up

Acquirers underwrite the structure, the activity codes and the management behind the product, and they read your refund and chargeback policy line by line. We put all of it in place and set up the acquiring itself.

Can’t pass App Store / Google Play verification

Apple and Google verify the organization behind the app: entity data, the D-U-N-S record, the address and signing authority must all match. We create or correct the D-U-N-S record and handle the verification end to end.

Want to enter new markets (EU and beyond)

We pick the jurisdiction, build the structure, open the local payment methods, translate the product and put management on the ground, with a licence where the activity needs one.

Gaps in operations, need optimization

Revenue nobody reconciles, cash gaps, a role nobody covers, a tool you still run by hand. We find the gap and close it: bookkeeping and cash-flow control, the missing person, the technical solution built for you, the process automated.

Documentation needs sorting out

A provider, a partner, an investor or a buyer asks for documents you do not have. We prepare the full set for onboarding, a partnership, an investment round or the sale of your product as an asset.

Taxes and accounting

A structure that pays what it owes and no more, legally, with the accounting and VAT kept in order every month, in every country you operate in.

Risk check

How Sure Are You That Nothing Breaks Tomorrow?

The questions most founders only ask after something has gone wrong. Open each risk to see what triggers it, what happens next and how we cover it.

0 of 8 risks reviewed
  1. Trigger

A payment provider or bank flags your account for review, often without warning, after growth, a new market or a spike in refunds.

    What happens

Customers keep paying, you stop receiving. Fixed costs keep running until the review is closed.

    What we do
    • Build substance that holds up to these reviews
    • Keep a second payment and banking route ready
    • Answer the provider within 24 hours when it asks
  2. Trigger

You collect personal data of people in the EU: customers, leads or staff. GDPR applies wherever your company is registered.

    What happens

A breach must be reported within 72 hours (GDPR, Article 33), and fines reach €20 million or 4% of worldwide annual turnover (Article 83).

    What we do
    • Map what personal data you hold, where and why
    • Put privacy notices, processor agreements and records in place
    • Prepare a breach plan that meets the 72-hour deadline
  3. Trigger

A leaked password, an outdated plugin, an admin panel open to the internet, a key left in public code.

    What happens

Customer records leave your control, their trust goes with them, and in the EU the incident becomes a regulatory matter.

    What we do
    • Review your website and app the way an attacker would
    • Close what we find: access, passwords, components
    • Set up the basics that keep it closed
  4. Trigger

You enter a new market, launch a new product, or the regulation changes under you.

    What happens

The gap is found by a regulator, a bank or a partner, after the fact, when it is most expensive.

    What we do
    • Check your activity against the rules of every market you sell in
    • Flag the licences and registrations you need
    • Find a licensed partner, or get the licence
  5. Trigger

Domains, hosting, payment dashboards, store and ad accounts were opened by a freelancer or a former partner, in their name.

    What happens

If that person leaves or stops answering, you can lose access to the assets your revenue runs on.

    What we do
    • Inventory every domain, account and admin login
    • Move ownership under your company
    • Keep an access and recovery register
  6. Trigger

Code, design, texts or the brand were produced by contractors without a written assignment of rights.

    What happens

The rights stay with the author, which weakens you with investors, buyers and in any dispute.

    What we do
    • Audit who created which assets
    • Sign IP assignment agreements, including for past work
    • Register the brand in the markets you sell in
  7. Trigger

Invoices, reports, onboarding and data entry run on spreadsheets and copy-paste.

    What happens

Time goes into routine instead of growth, and every manual step is another chance for a mistake.

    What we do
    • Map your recurring processes
    • Automate the repeatable ones
    • Connect your tools so data is entered once
  8. Trigger

Your structure was set up quickly and never reviewed as the business grew.

    What happens

You miss legitimate regimes and reliefs, and overpay every single year.

    What we do
    • Review your structure and tax position
    • Design a structure that pays what it owes and no more
    • Keep accounting and VAT in order as you grow

Where Setups Break, and What a Solid One Looks Like

  • Done at lightning speed

Fit

Is This for You?

We are the right team if

You have a real product

An online school, a SaaS, an app, a store, a service or a high-risk niche. Big or small.

You want it to run better, not just run

Fixing the blocker is where we start, not where we stop.

You are ready to move fast

We work at lightning speed and expect answers at the same pace.

You want a team that thinks with you

We bring ideas, not only paperwork.

Look elsewhere if

You need a guaranteed approval

Nobody can honestly give one: the bank, provider or platform makes the final call. What we promise is that everything possible is done, and that we have workarounds ready if plan A does not work.

Your business is weapons, drugs or anything immoral

We do not take those projects.

You want it fast, perfect and cheap at once

We are fast and we are thorough. Good work costs money; it cannot be done for free.

You do not want to think it through

We build the setup with you; we do not run your business for you. The best results come from founders who stay involved.

FAQ

What Do Founders Ask Us?

Jurisdiction and tax

01Which jurisdiction should I choose so I don’t lose money to tax for nothing?
There is no single best country, only the best one for you. It depends on where your customers are, where you and your team live, how the money comes in and where you want to grow. We compare the legal options worldwide for your case, including what each one means for banking, payments and reporting, and pick the one that fits. Often the answer is a structure of two companies, not one. Which jurisdiction fits ⟶
02Can you take me from one country into another?
Yes, it is one of the most common things we do. We set up the company, the payments, the language and the tax for the new market, and keep the existing business running while we do it.

Payments

03Payment providers keep refusing me because of where I’m from. Can I still accept payments worldwide?
Providers underwrite the company, its management and its file, not only the founder’s passport. A properly built company, with management where it is registered, transparent ownership and a business model the provider understands, is assessed on its merits. We build exactly that, prepare the onboarding file and approach the providers that accept your model.
04I have a product but I don’t understand payments at all. Where do I start?
Start with the 60-second quiz, then the free 15-minute Diagnostic. We look at what you sell, to whom and from where, pick the type of provider that fits your model and prepare everything the provider will ask for. You do not need to learn payments; that is our job. Start the quiz ⟶
05Can I receive payouts in crypto?
Yes, through licensed crypto-asset service providers, with the accounting set up so the money is clean on your books. Crypto regulation is where Protegra started, so we know which providers fit which models and what they will ask for. MiCA overview ⟶

Regulation and the company

06My activity has just fallen under new regulation. Do I need my own licence?
Not always. First we check whether your activity is regulated in the markets you serve, and how. Then there are three routes: work through a licensed partner, buy a company that already holds the licence, or get the licence yourself. We tell you which one is fastest and cheapest for you, and run it. Licensing Atlas ⟶
07Is the resident director a real director?
Yes. A qualified resident director with real statutory duties, who signs, is accountable and is reachable when a bank or an authority calls. That is exactly why banks and providers take the company seriously.
08Can you work with the company I already have?
Yes. Most of what we do, from payments and documents to tax, security and new markets, works with the company you already have. If it needs repairs first, we do those too.

Your business as an asset

09What does it take to make my business sellable as an asset?
A buyer pays for what they can check. That means the company documents in order, contracts with customers and suppliers, all IP assigned to the company, clean books and policies that show how the business runs. We put all of it in one data room, so your project can be valued and sold.
10How do I make sure I actually own my code, brand and content?
Everything founders, employees and contractors created has to be assigned to the company in writing; until then it legally stays with them. We put assignment agreements in place, register your brand in the markets you sell in and check the licences on the third-party code you use.
11How do I know my website and app are secure enough?
We review them the way an attacker would look at them: access, passwords, outdated components, exposed keys and how customer data flows. Then we close what we find, set up the basics that keep it closed and bring your GDPR documents in line with what the product actually does.

Working with us

12My business already works. What would you change?
Working is not the ceiling. Most businesses that work still sell in one language, accept one way to pay, keep money in one currency, pay a fee nobody negotiated and could not be sold tomorrow. We find where yours leaks and fix it, so it earns more from the same customers and reaches new ones.
13Do I need to travel anywhere?
No. We do everything remotely, from company formation to bank accounts and provider onboarding.
14How fast can you move?
Lightning fast. The real timeline depends on the scope and on the banks and platforms involved, and you get it on the free Diagnostic, before you commit to anything.
15How do you price your work?
By scope. One task has a fixed price agreed before we start; a project gets its scope and price fixed in writing after the free Diagnostic; a retainer is monthly. You always know the price before we begin.
