Your remote
finance department

You send us your bank statements — we take care of everything else: bookkeeping, HR and payroll, tax and reporting. For companies whose business model doesn’t fit a template.

Who it’s for

If your business is “more complicated than usual”, you’re in the right place

Several companies linked by intercompany agreements, loans and recharges

Non-standard arrangements: commission, agency, mixed taxable and exempt sales

Intermediaries, agents or subcontractors between you and your customers

Funds passing through your accounts that don’t belong to you

Transaction volumes too high to post manually

Complex structures

A complex structure isn’t the problem. Treating it like a simple one is.

Errors in complex structures don’t show up straight away. The month closes, returns are filed, and discrepancies quietly build up until the first tax audit. That’s why we analyse the economic substance of every transaction before a single journal entry is posted.

Intermediary structures

Whose revenue is it — yours, or the party you’re acting for? Whether you’re the principal or the agent determines your tax base, your VAT and what appears in your financial statements at all. We review the contracts and cash flows and document a position you can defend.

Holding client funds

Client money, deposits and amounts due to third parties are not your income. We account for them separately and can show at any moment exactly whose money is where. Each balance held for others is reconciled against its account, so none of it drifts into your revenue.

High transaction volumes

When transactions run into the thousands, a single misclassification is repeated across the whole month. We set the posting rules once and reconcile the entire flow systematically, not by sampling. Exceptions are flagged for review instead of being forced into a category.

Groups of companies

We document intercompany loans, services and recharges so the figures reconcile within each entity and across the group. Balances between the companies are matched on both sides at every month-end, and each recharge is backed by an agreement and an invoice.

Neglected books

We take over from your previous accountant, identify discrepancies, reconstruct prior periods and put the books in order so they can be kept properly from here on.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

01How do I start working with you, and what does onboarding involve?
First, we review the accounting side of your business to identify every nuance and potential complexity in advance. We then discuss how we will work together, agree on the fee and sign a service agreement. After that, we review your records for previous periods and, if needed, reconstruct your accounts. Finally, we set up the document flow and move on to regular monthly accounting.
02Can I switch to you mid-year?
Yes, you can switch at any point in the year. We take over all your records, put them in order, close any missing periods if needed, and get started.
03Who collects the records from my previous accountant?

We take care of this process and support you at every step. You can choose whichever option suits you best:

  • set up a group chat where you introduce us to your previous accountant, and we take it from there on your behalf;
  • let us request all the records directly under a power of attorney;
  • get a list of documents from us to request yourself, if you prefer to handle it on your own.
04What if you find errors made by my previous accountant?
Once we receive your records, we check them for discrepancies. If we find any, we either resolve them with your previous accountant or recalculate the period. The approach is agreed with you on a case-by-case basis.
05How long does the transition take?
Taking over the records usually takes up to a week, occasionally a little longer.
06Do you only work with complex structures, or with standard companies too?
Standard companies too. We provide accounting for sp. z o.o. companies of any complexity, from businesses with agency structures to simple subscription-based SaaS companies that need regular bookkeeping without unnecessary complexity.
07Do you have experience across different industries?
Yes. Our accountants have experience in a wide range of industries, including online businesses, fintech, construction and many more.
08How much do your services cost, and what does the price depend on?
Accounting starts from 1,200 PLN per month for a standard business, 2,500 PLN for a complex structure and 4,000 PLN for partnership and multi-tier structures. The price depends on the complexity of your structure and the volume of transactions. HR and payroll are charged separately per employee.
09Are the prices in the price list final?
The price list shows starting prices. We confirm the exact fee once we have reviewed your business. After the agreement is signed, the fee is fixed and changes only if your volumes or structure change significantly.
10What documents do I need to provide, and how?
In most cases, your bank statements are enough. We will also need sales and purchase invoices, contracts and HR documents. Everything is shared electronically, and we agree on the format and method at the start.
11How often, and by what date, should I send documents?
Once a month, by the 10th of the following month.
12Do you help with VAT registration?
Yes. We prepare and file your VAT registration (VAT-R) and, if you trade with EU counterparties, your EU VAT registration (VAT-UE).
13Do you handle HR and payroll?
Yes. We prepare employment contracts and civil-law contracts (umowa zlecenie), run payroll and calculate ZUS contributions, set up and administer PPK, prepare PIT-11 forms, and handle employee onboarding and terminations.
14How quickly do you respond, and who will be my point of contact?
We answer every question within the same business day. You will have a dedicated account manager, available on whichever channel suits you: Telegram, WhatsApp or email.
15Do you work with foreign owners, and can everything be done remotely? Which languages do you work in?
Yes. We work fully remotely, so there is no need to visit our office. Documents, signatures and communication are all handled electronically. We work in English, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian and Chinese.
16What qualifications does your team have?
Our accountants, tax advisers and lawyers are specialists with many years of experience. They work together as one team and keep track of every change in Polish law.
17Who is responsible for accounting errors?
If an error is on our side, we correct it free of charge. If it results from something on your side, for example if not all documents were provided or additional sources of income were not disclosed, the correction is discussed on a case-by-case basis.
18Do you represent us during tax office and ZUS inspections?
Yes. If we handle your company's accounting, inspection support is included in your monthly fee. Under a power of attorney, we represent you before the tax office and ZUS, prepare documents and explanations, and handle all communication until the inspection is closed.
