Forex and derivatives trading company in Belize

About This Company

Belize is the home jurisdiction of this forex and derivatives trading company in the fintech category. Records describe the business as active but not operating, with an operational scope that covers trading of securities and derivatives. Systems documentation confirms that infrastructure includes MT4 platform access. Seller disclosures record a clean history without active trading operations. Prior to requesting a price quote, the buyer confirms every item the company holds directly with the holder. Legal counsel reviews the software subscription contract for MT4 platform access directly with the software provider to verify that all system permissions, server arrangements, and platform rights belong to the company and remain active after a sale. Registry filings and court records in Belize require verification by the buyer's solicitor to confirm that the clean history contains no unsatisfied judgments, tax debts, or unrecorded liabilities. Direct inspection of customer files, counterparty terms, and brokerage contracts by an independent accountant verifies whether any open trades, client commitments, or dormant accounts attach to the scope covering trading of securities and derivatives. The accountant checks at the corporate office in Belize that no client agreements or trading positions remain unresolved.
