Created inside the LOK system, the island's recent gaming licensing regime, this Curaçao company is for sale with an online gaming licence for B2C operators and, according to the seller, has never traded and carries no historical liabilities and no operating past. A Cypriot billing company comes with it, giving a corporate structure ready to launch internationally. Incorporated in 2025, it is described as a clean company, and no bank accounts have been opened. It is meant for poker rooms, lottery services, sports betting and online casino operations, the seller says. Operators must meet every requirement of the island's gaming authority (CGA) and any local laws wherever they take players. The seller explains the background. In December 2024 the LOK, Curaçao's national gaming ordinance, took effect and replaced the earlier master licence and sub-licence model with a centralised system run directly by the authority. Newcomers must apply under it now. A company already set up within that framework spares a buyer the start of the corporate set-up, and the seller says buying one can cut set-up time against building a regulated structure from nothing, while any regulatory approvals still apply. The sale covers the Curaçao company, the Cyprus billing company, the clean structure with no earlier operations, and help with the change of ultimate ownership, which the seller says it manages itself.
