About This Company
Closing delivers to the buyer an operational electronic money institution with direct CENTROlink access, SWIFT capability, and about 200 active SME and retail customers. Incorporated in 2019, the business processed more than EUR 300M during 2024, issues Lithuanian IBANs, and completes financial audits annually. The buyer consults the public register of the Bank of Lithuania before signing to verify that the institution is in good standing among the 70 authorised firms of this type recorded in September 2026. On that register, official confirmation validates the Electronic money institution licence for non-limited activity granted under Republic of Lithuania Law on Electronic Money and Electronic Money Institutions No XI-1868.
