About This Company
This Polish small payment institution (MIP) is for sale with services much like a national payment institution's, capped at EUR 1,500,000 a month. The seller adds that it could work as a national one after some changes. It was registered and licensed in 2023, has never done business, has no debts, and can issue cards, provide payment services and give customers an IBAN. Buyers must be principals, a broker represents the seller, and real estate is marked yes. Reaching or raising a qualifying holding means prior notice to the KNF, which has 60 working days to object, plus up to 20 while it awaits information. The authorisation does not passport. The governing law is the Act on Payment Services of 19 August 2011, and a new application is decided within 3 months of being complete.
