About This Company
Before any share in the company is issued, transferred or disposed of, the FSA has to approve it. The FSA is the Financial Services Authority, set up in 2014. It is the autonomous non-bank financial regulator of Seychelles. It licenses and supervises financial services businesses carried on in or from Seychelles, and it acts against unauthorised financial services activity. Its registers are browsable tabbed lists of licensee company names grouped by activity, such as Securities Dealer, and not a licence-number search. Each entry gives the company name and, for most tabs, a registered address. The licence here is the Securities Dealer's Licence, full or restricted, under the Securities Act, 2007, and it does not passport. A transfer of the legal or the beneficial interest counts for the approval, and no percentage threshold applies.
