About This Company
The Financial Services Authority was established in 2014 as Seychelles’ own non-bank financial regulator, an autonomous body. Businesses providing financial services in or from Seychelles come under its licensing and supervision, and it takes action against unauthorised activity of that kind. Each of its registers is a tabbed list of licensee company names, for example Securities Dealer, Securities Exchange or ICSP. An active entry carries the company name, plus a registered address on most tabs. No licence-number search exists, so a buyer confirms this entity by finding its name under the Securities Dealer tab. The licence is the Securities Dealer's Licence (full or restricted) under the Securities Act, 2007, in force from 2007-10-29. Any issue, transfer or disposal of a share first needs the FSA's approval, and a transfer of the legal or beneficial interest counts.
