About This Company
An FX and CFD brokerage in South Africa, live and trading, is for sale together with its FSCA authorisation as a Category I FSP for derivative instruments. The company was registered in 2023, and the licence followed in September 2023. Under that authorisation the firm gives advice and acts as an intermediary on derivative products: contracts for difference, currency derivatives, futures, options and warrants. It does not execute client orders itself. Trades run on MT5 and are passed straight through to another licensed FSP, which handles execution. Two payment service providers are already integrated and live. The seller stresses that the buyer gets more than a licensed shell. A finished brand identity, marketing material and a live website come with the company, and its social media accounts have built up an organic audience of about 11,000 followers on Instagram and roughly 8,900 on a second platform. Documents for due diligence can be provided. The seller sees it as a fit for a firm that wants to start trading in the South African FX and CFD market with infrastructure already running, instead of assembling platform, payments and brand from nothing. Banking needs planning. The account the company uses today will be shut when the deal completes, so the new owner has to open its own afterwards. The FSCA supervises FSP licences under the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act 37 of 2002. The licence is valid in South Africa only and does not passport to other countries.
