Trust and corporate service provider (TCSP)
A trust and corporate service provider (TCSP) licence authorises company formation, directorship and nominee services, registered office and trust administration. FATF standards treat these providers as gatekeepers, so offshore centres such as the Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands and Seychelles license and supervise them for anti-money-laundering compliance.
