Crypto-asset service provider (MiCA CASP)

A crypto-asset service provider (CASP) authorisation under the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) lets a company provide crypto services such as custody, exchange, trading platforms, transfers and advice. It is granted by a national competent authority, requires EUR 50,000 to EUR 150,000 of capital depending on the services, and can be passported across the EU and EEA.
